Gillian Makamara is a Research Officer at the International Telecommunication Union, working on multiple initiatives including but not limited to Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) for Networks, Services and Applications and the Global Initiative on AI and Data Commons. Gillian focused on telecommunication network engineering for Telkom Kenya and Safaricom Kenya.
