A. B. M. Alim Al Islam

Dr. A. B. M. Alim Al Islam is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the School of ECE at Purdue University, USA in 2012 with a prestigious fellowship. He received his M.Sc. (Engg.) and B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. His research interests cover human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing, networking and systems, security, modeling and simulation, intelligent transportation, environmental monitoring and sensing, and reliability analysis. He has co-authored more than hundred journal and conference papers. He has presented his research papers in different well-reputed international conferences. He has delivered speeches in different national and international venues. He has achieved several research awards covering distinguished paper award, best paper awards, best poster awards, best demo award, research grants, travel grants, etc.
